2 Ingredient Peppermint Fudge

  • 2 x 220g blocks Whittakers Ghana Peppermint chocolate
  • 1 x 320g can sweet condensed coconut milk


Step 1

Break up the chocolate and place into a glass bowl. Sit the bowl over a pot of boiling water, ensuring that the bottom of the bowl does not reach the water. Melt the chocolate, stirring often

Step 2

Stir in the coconut milk and mix well.

Step 3

Pour into the slice tin & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Cut into slices & serve, or store in an airtight container.
