Banana and Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (frozen works great)
  • 2 cups fresh kale, chopped
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp rice malt syrup

Directions

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

Step 2

Serve icy cold (over ice if you don’t use frozen bananas)
