Banana Oat Wholefood Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium size bananas
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • ⅓ cup chickpea flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until well combined. All a little more milk to the mixture if it is too thick.

Step 2

Spray a non stick pan with a little coconut oil or add a small amount of oil or vegan spread. Heat over a medium heat.

Step 3

Pour approx ⅓ cup of batter into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. When bubbles appear, carefully flip the pancake & cook until golden.

Step 4

Repeat with remaining batter.

Step 5

Serve with your choice of toppings.

* Plain flour can be used if you don’t need the pancakes to be gluten free
