Bircher Mueseli

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 large granny smith apple grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sultanas or cranberries
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Fresh berries & extra slivered almonds and yoghurt to serve.

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

To serve, spoon bircher into bowls, and top with extra yoghurt, almonds and fresh berries.
