Bircher Mueseli

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 large granny smith apple grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup sultanas or cranberries
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Fresh berries & extra slivered almonds and yoghurt to serve.
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
To serve, spoon bircher into bowls, and top with extra yoghurt, almonds and fresh berries.
