Chocolate Chia Puddings

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tin light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • Shredded coconut and fresh or frozen berries to serve


Step 1

In a medium sized bowl combine chia, sifted cocoa powder, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir until well combined, cover and place in fridge overnight (or a minimum of 4-5 hours).

Step 2

To serve, spoon into dessert bowls and top with some shredded coconut and berries.
