Granola

Ingredients

  • 400g rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 150g dried apple, chopped
  • 150g coconut oil, melted
  • 250g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • 100ml maple syrup

Directions

Step 1

Heat oven to 180°C. Line two large baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, apple, cinnamon & coconut oil.

Step 3

Spread the granola out on the trays and drizzle over the maple syrup.

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 20 mins, stirring the granola well halfway through so that it cooks evenly.

Step 5

Leave to cool before storing in an airtight container.
