Peanut Butter Oats
Overnight oats can be made 2-3 days in advance.
Many variations can be made of overnight oats. Just use a base recipe of ½ cup oats / ½ cup plant milk & 2tsp chia seeds.
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup plant based milk
- 2tsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp natural peanut butter
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large jar. Peanut butter does not need to be completely mixed through, but make sure all oats are soaked in milk.
Step 2
Cover with lid and refrigerate for 6hrs/overnight.
Step 3
When ready to eat, garnish with desired toppings (banana works great) and serve.
Step 4
Oats can be eaten warm if you prefer. Just microwave for 45-60 seconds (ensure there is room in the jar for expansion).
