Thai Peanut Dip

  • ¾ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup tamari
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2cm piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ½ long red chilli deseeded and diced finely
  • ¼ bunch coriander, chopped finely


Step 1

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and whisk until well combined, thin with water until dip reaches the desired consistency.

Step 2

Serve with rice paper rolls or vegetable crudites.
